How does a Designer Booth differ from a regular photo booth?

Specialized style, custom props, attention to color, and originality are the cornerstones of our Designer Booths. Whether your vision is a crazy “Dinosaurs versus Pirates” party, a super heroes themed corporate gala, or a chic, black-tie wedding reception, we are ready to create your specific concept. With a huge (and ever-growing) array of the highest quality props and backdrops, we love creating photo booth experiences that have the ultimate wow factor for guests! Day to day life can sometimes be stressful and mundane – stepping into our Designer Photo Booths is akin to leaving bland sepia tones for a world of Technicolor! A chance to laugh, dress up, and enjoy camaraderie with friends – with no judgment and instant keepsake prints to commemorate the fun!

Why are we a little pricier than some other photo booth providers?

Because of our dedication to absolute quality and customization, we have never tried to be the cheapest offering on the market. We will never cut corners on providing specialty props, the best Autograph Albums, an extensive choice of backdrops, and attentive customer care before, during, and after events. Clients opt to invest in our services because we are the company that sets the standard in photo booths.

Online Gallery:

Post-event, all single images and photo strips are uploaded to a password protected online gallery. Clients simply provide the link and password to guests who are welcome to download, reprint, and share as they wish on social media. Images are high resolution and do not contain a watermark. Digital downloads from galleries are free of charge – we are delighted for clients and guests to have the maximum enjoyment of their hilarious memories!

Travel:

We are headquartered in West Virginia and love to travel! Our photo booth adventures regularly take us to all point of our state, as well as Ohio and Kentucky. Travel is modestly priced and varies per destination – custom travel quotes are available upon request.

Props:

“Properly Propped by the West Virginia Photo Booth Company” is our mantra! Amazing props are the HEART of a proper photo booth experience! We are very devoted to investing in our prop collection – we seek only the most durable, original findings to fill our prop boxes. Some our favorite personal travel destinations include Baltimore, Nashville, Louisville, New York City, San Francisco, and New Orleans – when visiting, we always pick up props that no one else is likely to offer in our area.

Specialty Themes:

WV Photo Booth Co LOVES themes! Ask us for unicorns, cowgirls, pink flamingos, or astronauts – or maybe a mashup of all! We truly enjoy hearing the ideas and dreams of our clients and then working to bring those visions to life. Some of our past favorite themes have included the Wild West, Zombies, Winter Wonderland, Old Hollywood, Hawaiian Luau, Pirates, and Superheroes.

Photo Strip Personalization:

Custom personalization is included for all events! Clients may share digital artwork with us so that photo strips match stationery/logo or may opt to simply share style & colors, allowing us to create our own unique personalization.

Backdrops:

WV Photo Booth Co backdrops include classic fabric, high-quality sequins, and boxwood greenery. Clients may opt to keep things simple & understated or request some added pizzazz such as decorative fans & pinwheels, paper flowers, or garlands. We are constantly creating new backdrop concepts and love to collaborate with clients’ visions! Clients may also opt to forego a backdrop and utilize the scenery of their location as the photo booth background. Green screen is available as well!

Open Air Concept:

Our open, versatile setup allows the Designer Photo Booth to be a wonderful social hub at any event. Guests enjoy being able to quickly change props and poses and LOVE watching their friends being silly and posing for the camera while awaiting their own turns. Open Air = Photo Bomb Friendly!

Deposit & Contract:

A $300.00 non-refundable deposit is required to hold any event date. All services are guaranteed in the contract and financial transactions are fully receipted.

Signature Autograph Albums:

Available in classic black and classic Kraft Chipboard, our Signature Autograph Albums are the most stylish little creations to be found anywhere! We design each cover as a custom project in-house based upon client style and color preferences. Clients are welcome to share digital artwork for a cover that will match their event stationery. At the event, guests are encouraged to place their extra strips into the Autograph Album, along with signatures and messages. The Autograph Album is the ultimate treat for the bride & groom at the end of the night!

Unlimited Use & Printing:

Guests are welcome to use the booth as often as they wish during booked time! There is no limit on how many times people may come through for photos – we love for people to enjoy the experience! Photo strips print out instantly (perfect party favors!) and guests receive their own keepsake strips after each and EVERY use – no limits!
